Beat the heat promotion is valid until 20/12/17 and is limited to the first 50 new home orders.  Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, nor used in conjunction with any other.  True Value Homes reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

Full terms and conditions:

  1. AC to be fitted and installed to the main living area of the home only.
  2. Must be installed on an external wall (back-to-back installation).
  3. Not redeemable for cash or credit.
  4. Cannot be exchanged for any other item or offer.
  5. Offer for only deposits taken from 22/09/17 onwards.
  6. Offer lasts for the first 50 customers only.
  7. Offer Ends 20/12/17 or until 50 units are sold, which ever occurs first.

  1. Balcony design and size are façade specific and subject to land encroachments and restrictions.

  15. 25MPA concrete is to the main structure of the slab only.  Does not include driveway concreting and landscape concrete, including pathways.
  16. 2590mm ceiling height measurement is taken from the underside of the roof truss and not the finished ceiling height.  Tiles and plaster may alter this measurement slightly.  2590mm ceiling height is to all single storey homes and ground and first floor of double storey homes.
  17. MGP10 structural pine is used for all structural walls and roof only.  This is not used where non-structural pine is allowed as per NCC 2017 and AS1684.4.  Includes upgrade to SL82 top mesh and 385mm overall depth.
  18. Guaranteed 6-star energy rating on all orientations are based on True Value Homes standard floorplans without alterations.  All R-value wall and ceiling batts and/or double glazing only applies if required by a registered energy assessor for compliance, not at client’s request.
  19. Fixed site costs are based on developer supplied engineering and plan of subdivision.  Fixed site costs exclude connection and account opening fees, exclusion zones, permanent fencing, difficult site access, rubbish and vegetation removal, including root barriers, septic tanks, re-establishments surveys, underpinning foundations, Bushfire compliances, retaining walls, council requirements.  Waffle slab including the porch and entertainment area (design specific).
